Abstract
The publication presents the improvement of the route bus public transport. The optimization process was carried out on the example of Tczew of city. It also includes a description of the means of transport, which are used by passenger in the city. The practical part focuses on the analysis of public transport on the example of Tczew city. An alternative bus route has been suggested using the bus only lane which makes the time of the journey shorter.
