Ustawowa regulacja mediacji w Republice Federalnej Niemiec: szansa czy przeszkoda rozwoju tego postępowania?

Abstract
The article deals with the new mediation law in Germany and its influence on the media¬tion development in the country from 2012 until today. It is shown if and how the specific regulations of mediation and the first judicature about it reflect the expectations and interests of different groups of people and what should be changed by the evaluation 2017. Especially if mediation should help people access the possibility to find constructive solutions and equal support by professional mediators.
