Zawieranie ugody przez jednostki sektora finansów publicznych na podstawie nowelizacji art. 54a ustawy o finansach publicznych

Abstract
The article raises issue in regard to possibility to reach a settlement by units from public finance sector (article 54a of law on public finance). The present article also discusses issues which should be considered within compliance of a legal settlement of a unit from public finance sector, including the act on responsibility for violating discipline of public finance. Special attention is devoted to other conditions of a settlement reached by a unit from public finance sector.
