VALUE DRIVEN MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION – A COMPARATIVE STUDY IN EU SMES

Abstract
Value Driven Management is a new management concept based on promoting and implementing in decision making process of the values related to human resources, environment, ethics, morality, community development, mutual advantage, employees, customer and general public fair communication and information. This paper represents a research among Romanian SME s regarding Value Driven Management implementation comparing with other European Union Small and Medium Enterprises. The aim of the paper is to identify which are the most important values promoted by Romanian companies in their business policy, which are the similarities and differences with other EU studied companies.
