VALUE NEUTRALITY IN SCIENCE

Abstract
Science and value relation is one of the primary topics in philosophy of science and strongly discussed even today. There are many approaches about how this relation is and/ or has to be be. Some of these approaches are fundamental part of scientific thought. Especially there are totally oppsosite apparoaches and variety of opinions about the value-neutral of science. The differences mainly arise between natural and social science as well as different stages of scientific research. The purpose of this study is to evaluate wheter a value-neutral science is possible by investigating the related apparoches.
