VALUE ORIENTATIONS IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF FUTURE MANAGERS

Abstract
The article raises the problem of forming the humanistic personality of a future specialist. The article analyzes the origin and characteristics of the category “value”, determines the role of education in the development of value orientations of future professionals, determines ways of developing value orientations of future specialists by means of education, and examines the peculiarities of the value approach to the development of professional responsibility of future managers.
