Abstract
Se prezintă un model econometric elaborat pentru analiza excluderii bancare pe fondul crizei economice. Accesul la bunurile şi serviciile publice este o condiţie „sine qua non” pentru o societate deschisă şi efi cientă. Disponibilitatea serviciilor bancare şi de plăţi ale întregii populaţii fără discriminare trebuie să reprezinte în opinia noastră obiectivul primordial al politicii în domeniul serviciilor publice.
