Veritabanı Kaynak Tanımı Üzerine Meta-analiz ile Spina Bifidada Biyolojik İşaretleyicilerin Değişikliklerinin Tanınması

Abstract
Spina bifida iyi bilinen doğmalık bir anomalidir. Spina bifidanın epidemiyolojik incelenmesinin uzun bir öyküsü vardır. Genetik, beslenmeye bağlı ve teratogenik mekanizmaların spina bifida gelişiminde ilişkide olduğu bildirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, yazar geliştirilmiş metabolomik tekniği ile veritabanı kaynak tanımı üzerine spina bifidada biyolojik işaretleyicilerin değişikliklerinde meta-analiz kullanmaktadır. Homo sapiens sinir sistemi için ilk biyolojik işaretleyici araştırmasında birçok ilişkili biyolojik işaretleyici gösterilmiştir. Her saptanan biyolojik işaretleyici için değişkenlik derecesi azaltma ve çoğaltma işlemleri ile uyarılması sonucu görülebilmektedir.
