Abstract
The article investigates a delineation of crime illegal fishing or hunting or any other sea hunting industry from related offenses. Opinion on articles 248, 249 and 250 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine coordination analysis expressed. The author qualified actions based on the object, the objective side, the subject and the subjective side criteria of these crimes.
