Viešosios paslaugos dalyvių kaip kokybės vertintojų samprata: pilietis-vartotojas

Abstract
Straipsnio tikslas- išanalizuoti viešųjų paslaugų dalyvių kaip kokybės vertintojų identifikavimo sampratą, remiantis piliečio-vartotojo dalyvavimo viešosiose paslaugose aspektu. Darbe apžvelgiami viešųjų paslaugų specifiką apibūdinantys bruožai, paslaugų gavėjų kaip „piliečių“ ir „vartotojų“ vaidmenys dalyvaujant viešosiose paslaugose; tiriamos viešųjų paslaugų dalyvių kaip kokybės vertintojų apibrėžties sąvokos bei įvertintas jų tinkamumas dalyvavimo viešosiose paslaugose požiūriu.
