Abstract
spiritual and cultural life of a society. The reason for this is correlated to a public need to ensure national integration in the conditions of global transformations of the world. There is also a need for understanding the important issues related to the human phenomenon of globalization, particularly, in the context of the cultural value paradigm as the foundation of civilization. The situation today being not an easy one, it requires finding the universal values that unite people in the world capable of solving global problems. However, the consensus depends on many factors that need studying. Therefore, many researchers pay attention to studies of contemporary globalization trends that are mostly ambivalent and contradictory. In today's multicultural world, under the influence of rapid globalization, there are problems, contradictions and conflicts in the field of social-cultural relations that have become the subject of philosophers’ consideration, as well as cultural studies. Cultural interactions, standardization of cultural consumption, the spread of common norms and values are the factors of hybridization of cultures, which is a consequence of globalization and a determining factor in modern social development. It is possible to define globalization as a process of deepening of integration processes, intensification of interaction and interdependence between cultures. Globalization leads to the fact that people's relationships go beyond national-state communities, become transnational. Although the modern challenges of globalization, there emerge large swathes of population without the need to achieve value uniformity, them being overwhelmed with the desire to preserve their own cultural values.
