ВИРІШЕННЯ ПРОБЛЕМ МІСЦЕВОГО І РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТА РЕФОРМУВАННЯ ЖИТЛОВО-КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
V.P. Leszczynski. Decision of problems of local and regional development and reformation of housing and communal services of Ukraine. The questions of realization of reforms are examined in Ukraine as inalienable component modernisation of country. And also directions of collaboration of the state and regions in realization of investment projects. The ways of the use of potential of institute of state-private partnership are analysed for proceeding in the economy of Ukraine, in relation to basic directions of economic activity. Conclusions and prospects of further researches are in this direction. The programs of socio-economic development of country on a середньо- urgent prospect must next considerable blocks: energy-savings and diversification of sources of power resources : modernisation of power infrastructure; development and production of the newest power plants, including those that use wind, sun and other alternative energy sources power; booty of oil, gas and coal; modernisation of the gas-transport system. It is an agroindustrial complex: creation of new, modernisation and technical reequipment of operating powers of production, processing and storage of agricultural produce; updating of park of agricultural technique is due to the products of home production; building of complexes is for fattening of cattle. It is development of infrastructure and housing : building and reconstruction of roads of national value within the limits of international transport corridors; building and reconstruction of international airports and train station, other objects of infrastructure, certain the government programs of development; building and reconstruction of marine ports; reconstruction of the systems тепло- water-supply and housing overflow-pipe. Key words: modernisation, reforms, economic activity, industry, social responsibility, development, investments, competitiveness of economy.
