КОУЧИНГ В УПРАВЛІННІ НАЙМАНИМИ ПРАЦІВНИКАМИ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Mykhailov A.M., Volkova K.V. Coaching in the management of employees in enterprises of Ukraine. The article is devoted to the study of the role of coaching in the management of hired workers in Ukrainian enterprises. The purpose of this article is to study and generalize the views of scientists on the role of coaching in the personnel management system, as well as to substantiate the influence of coaching on the formation of an effective policy of management of employees and the development of the enterprise through the improvement of the qualitative characteristics of staff. The methodological basis is classical and innovative management theories. The empirical evidence is obtained by the authors through the use of the method of theoretical generalization, the logical-heuristic method, in particular, the questioning of future managers-specialists regarding the prospects of using coaching in Ukrainian enterprises. According to the results of the study, the concept of coaching in the HR- management system is generalized. The urgency of the use of coaching for the development of the personnel of enterprises in the modern conditions of management is substantiated. According to the results of a survey conducted at the level of future young professionals - students of the Faculty of Economics of the University, the expediency of using coaching as an effective method of interaction between a manager and a hired employee, whose purpose is to rationally solve the problems facing them, has been proved. According to respondents, coaching will be the most conducive to improvement of relations between employees and managers (77%); for the introduction of coaching in the management of personnel only sometimes it is necessary to attract specialists from the party (51,4%); among other forms of team coaching and business coaching should prevail in the management of hired workers (42% and 30%). The main obstacles that impede the introduction of coaching in the management of hired workers at domestic enterprises are presented: fear of new ones, conservatism of existing managerial technologies, mentality of managers and employees, perceptions of coaches instead of psychologists. The main preconditions for the introduction of coaching is the awareness of the leadership of the need for innovation in human resources management; Overcoming stereotypes and basic beliefs of managers for changing their style of management; awareness of the relationship between management of employees and the efficiency of the enterprise. The use of coaching opens up new areas and means of motivation for work. Further research should aim at identifying and assessing factors influencing coaching for its effective implementation.
