Вивчення якості життя хворих на хронічний вірусний гепатит С

Abstract
Изучение качества жизни больных хроническим вирусным гепатитом С. Шевченко-Макаренко О.П., Шостакович-Корецкая Л.Р., Чикаренко З.О., Ткаченко В.Д., Лесничая А.О. В статье приводятся данные адаптации опросника изучения качества жизни (КЖ) у пациентов с хроническим вирусным гепатитом С (ХВГС). Бальная оценка КЖ пациентов с ХВГС составила 5,09±1,04, 2-й группы (с ко-инфекцией ВИЧ / ХВГС) - 4,60±1,13, контрольная группа - 5,92±0,52 (р<0,05)). Результаты проведенного анализа показывают, что ко-инфекция ВИЧ / ХВГС является серьезной проблемой для пациентов и существенно влияет на КЖ. Использование опросника КЖ при хронических заболеваниях печени является чувствительным инструментом для измерения КЖ у пациентов с ХВГС и ко-инфекцией ВИЧ / ХВГС. Это информативный и экономичный метод может быть реализован для оценки здоровья пациента, как на групповом, так и индивидуальном уровнях у пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями печени у населения Украины.
