ВКЛАД УЧЁНЫХ ХАНАФИТСКОЙ ЮРИДИЧЕСКОЙ ШКОЛЫ ПРАВА НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ АЗИИ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of monuments of historical research and cultural heritage of Central Asia and Kazakhstan, where priority is given to the role of the questions the study of works of scientists theologians of Hanafi madhhab of Islamic religion. The spread of Islam in much of Central Asia was formed in cooperation with local cultural traditions that have made the religion of Islam its religious ethical norms, customs and their spiritual heritage. It creates a so called "tradition¬al Islam", where the key role was played by the great scholar of Hanafi, by which it was formed the conceptual beginning of the rule of law and humane ideas. The results of this work can be used in reference to the history and development of the Islamic civilization in the territory of Kazakhs¬tan, as well as experts in the field of Oriental Studies, Religious Studies and modern scholars in the field of Hanafi Islam.
