ВЛИЯНИЕ СЕРОСОДЕРЖАЩИХ АЛКАЛОИДОВ ИЗ ДВОЯКОПЛОДНИКА ПРЯМОГО НА УСТОЙЧИВОЧТЬ ЖИВОТНЫХ К ГИПОКСИИ

Abstract
The brought information is about the influence of sulfur containing alkoloids from direct bivariate-seeds on animals' stability to the hypoxia. It is educed an antihypoxic activity at sulfur-containing alkoloids of aliphatic series from the direct bivariate-seed; more over it is established the regularity of their chemical structure and action. Sulfur-containing alkoloids of aliphatic series from the direct bivariate-seed showed theantihypoxic action on three different models of hypoxia. The spectrum of antihypoxic activity of these substances differs from the spector of gutimine that has validity in practical and theoretical spheres as well. By the antihypoxic action at hypoxic, normbaric and cytoxic hypoxias they do not yield (worse than) gutimine. Antihypoxic activity of sulfur-containing alkoloids of aliphatic series, abstracted from the surface part of the direct bivariate-seeds related to the structure of all molecule of alkoloids. Activity at a hypoxic hypoxia in a greater measure is conditioned by a sulphaxid group, at a tissue hypoxia by the combined action of urea radicals and sulphaxid group itself. The antihypoxid effect of alkoloids increases with the growth of sulphaxid group and molecule symetry.
