ВОЄННА ДОКТРИНА Б.ХМЕЛЬНИЦЬКОГО 1648-1652 рр. : ЗАГАЛЬНИЙ ЇЇ ЗМІСТ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПОЛІТИЧНОЇ МЕТИ

Abstract
У статті розглядається загальний зміст воєнної доктрини Б. Хмельницького, а також реалізація її першої частини – соціально-політичного змісту, зокрема висвітлюється перші кроки утворення козацької держави. Big experience, got by the author of the article in his research of the War for Liberation of the Ukrainian people of the middle of XVII century, had shown that none of the historical sources tells us about the main questions of its military art: strategy and tactics of the battles, hold by B. Khmelnytsky in 1648-1652. In order to overcome this limitation, the author started his search of the hypothesis, based upon understanding of regularities in events, situations and processes, not only in cause-effect dependence, but in functional relations in context of historical systematic method-which was the subsystem of war. The author came to the conclusion that as such system and subsystem of war we can consider the system of B. Khmelnytsky` views on the essence, aim, character of the possible war, on the preparation of the Cossack troops for that war, and also on the methods of it’s conducting. Considering the demands of modern methodology for translation of the events of the past into modern language, the author states that in our times such system of views is called the military doctrine, hence we get the military doctrine of B. Khmelnytsky in War for Liberation of 1648- 1652. The lower systems of war and subsystems of military doctrine are: social and political concept of war, organization of military forces and selection of warfare methods, particularly developing of the conception of the enemy`s exhaustion. The Cossack state with its human and material recourses was the environment for the military doctrine as subsystem. The military doctrine, discovered by the author, enabled to offer the original technique in research of the military art of the War for Liberation, held by the Ukrainian people in the middle of XVII century. The issues of war, which are decided by military science as the part of the theory of military art and general tasks of military doctrine, belong to strategic course of warfare. The issues of war, decided at the level of the conception of enemy`s exhaustion, with the involvement of battle, belong to strategic and tactical maneuvers, and those issues, solved at the level of troops composition, its armament and military disposition at the battlefield belong to tactical methods of armed struggle. The author considers general content of B. Khmelnytsky` military doctrine, and also the realization of its social and political goals, in particular he elucidates the first steps in creation of the Cossack state, helping the readers to understand what kind of military leader this outstanding Cossack Hetman was.
