Abstract

The new volume, War and chaos, signed by Teodor Frunzeti, Mircea Muresan and Gheorghe Vaduva (Teodor Frunzeti, Mircea Muresan, Gheorghe Vaduva, Razboi si Haos, Editura CTEA, Bucuresti, 2009), is a profound study – the fi rst one from our military literature –, dealing with a fundamental question related with the armed confl ictuality of our times: Is it possible for the war – one of the most rigorous and best organised human activities – to escape from its own principles and to wander around in the huge chains for bifurcations of the chaotic developments?
