Warranty of the Quality in the Enterprise of Bicycles Ensuring Quality at Bicycle Enterprise

Abstract
Demand of products in the modern market is described by optimal ratio between product quality and price. The product must satisfy requirements for safety, precision and reliability which are defined in the standards and formulated by customers. Proper quality of the product must be warranted with lowest possible cost. There are excluded main customer requirements for the product in the article. Analysis of quality cost, defining quality prevention cost and failure cost is made in the article. Analysis of quality seeking in the enterprise is made. Tests of bicycle brakes and experimental investigation are made to determine reasons of non quality product. Analysis of experimental researches is fulfilled and recommendations for quality improvement are formulated.
