WATER IN RUSSIAN, TURKISH AND SOMALI LINGUAL WORLDVIEWS (based on proverbs and sayings)

Abstract

Every culture has its own set of images, there are images, which are common for many peoples. One of these common images is the image of water — it is one of the basic elements of the mentality of three peoples: Russian, Turkish and Somali. The proverbs with the key word «water» reflect national perception of life and values, accepted it the Russian, Turkish and Somali lingual and cultural communities.
