WATER MANAGEMENT COMPLEX OF CHERNIGIVSHYNY AND PROBLEMS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the main problems of the water management complex in the Chernihiv region. The technical condition of reservoirs is considered. The aquaculture complex must be preserved and restored, because they are the natural material of life. The research has been conducted on the total volume of pollutants discharged to water bodies for 2014–2016. Today, the technical condition of the reservoirs, in the whole region, is defined as satisfactory or partially satisfactory. By signing the Association Agreement in 2014, the Ukrainian leadership has undertaken to move to the European Union technical regulations and standards in the short term.
