Ways of creating relations in innovation management

Abstract

The aim of this article is to present ways of creating internal and interorganizational relations which help to create innovations. The analysis is founded on concepts of creating innovations in networks (The Triple Helix Model, open in-novation) and on innovation strategies (Blue Ocean Strategy, innovation cluster strategy, network strategy, innovative and entrepreneurship deciption of strategy). On the basis of these dimensions following ways of creating relations were defined: contracts of establishing clusters, establishing: spin-off firms, business incubators and technology parks, strategic alliances, virtual organizations, purchasing and selling licences and know-how, using internal and external R&D department researches.
