Ways of improvement of law enforcement activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for effective counteraction of smuggling and customs violation

Abstract
The article is devoted to actual issues of improvement of operations of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. In particular, it is proposed to consider promising trends of reforming the law-enforcement activities of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The need to strengthen fiscal services in the field of prevention and counteraction smuggling and customs violation is indicated. The need to improve law-enforcement function of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine through structural, organizational and legislative changes is emphasized.
