Ways of preventing pedagogues professional burnout

Abstract
The article presentes and analyzes the most widespread manifestations of stress in teachers: frustration, increased anxiety, exacerbation, exhaustion. It is de¿ ned that the essential stress factor is psychological and physical overloading of pedagogues. The de¿ nition of the term «syndrome of the professional burnout» as a stress reaction that appears as a result from long-term professional stresses of medium intensity is given and is characterized by impaired performance at work, fatigue, insomnia, increased susceptibility to physical somatic diseases. The main symptoms of the professional burnout are de¿ ned; they are general fatigue, hostility to work, general vague feeling of anxiety and emotional de¿ cits, emotional and personal alienation. The author describes three stages of the professional burnout: stress, resistance, exhaustion. It is also de¿ ned that the preventive measures should be aimed at removing the stressor action that it is possible under the following guidelines: de¿ ning the short-term and long-term goals; rest from work; mastery and skills of self-regulation; professional development and self-improvement; escape from unnecessary competition; emotional communication; support ¿ tness.
