WAYS OF REALIZATION OF PLASTIC DEFORMATION INTELLECTUAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

Purpose. To reveal perspective directions of a large-scale introduction and realization of intellectual technologies of plastic deformation. Methodology. On the basis of the analysis the ways of compensation and adaptation to the changed conditions of deformation have been determined. A number of processes of sheet stamping have been consid- ered from the point of view of increasing their controllability and statistical processing of the causes of the production of defective parts and parts with removable defective features. Results. The formation of the control programs is based on the mathematical modeling and experimental processing of the loading program for the "first part". Originality. The perfection of the shaping processes is carried out by increasing the controlling connections, maximizing the use of the plastic properties of the workpiece material, laws and the effects of plastic deformation. Practical value. The applica- tion of the adaptive control in the forging and stamping industry increases the durability and reliability of the equipment and technological farilities, the quality of the parts obtained, and the mobility of production.
