Ways to reduce the latency of corruption crime

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of ways to reduce the latency of crime and corruption crime in particular. The features of latency as the influenced object are deter- mined. The content of crime latency reduction is estab- lished. The classification of latency reduction measures depending on the type of latency (artificial, natural) and depending on the direction of their implementation is giv- en. The ways to reduce the latency of corruption crime depending on the reasons that cause such latency are de- fined. The legal status of the whistleblowers under the Ukrainian legislation is analyzed and the foreign practice of whistleblowers informing about corruption is consid- ered. The ways of reduction of corruption crime latency in Ukraine are offered.
