Abstract
The files of the article the use workbooks in the educational process, peculiarities of working notebook of the printed foundation in the study of the course “Technical drawing” in the preparation of junior specialists technologist of cooking specialty 5.05170101 “Production of food products” as a didactic tool that ensures the efficient organization of classroom and independent work of students in the mastery of self-learning material, improve the quality of education, enhance its efficiency, and promotes innovative teaching methods, creates conditions for the formation of professional mobility of future professionals, improving teaching career teacher.In the article the purpose, functions and structure of the workbook with laboratory work on the course “Technical drawing” specialty 5.05170101 “Production of food products”. Presents the effectiveness of the workbooks in the learning process.
