Współdziałanie służb, inspekcji i straży na szczeblu powiatu w sytuacjach nadzwyczajnych zagrożeń

Abstract
The article discusses problems of emergency threats and the function of the services, inspectorates and guards in the district during this kind of situations. Tasks which legislator imposed in the crisis situations on the most important authorities of the district – district head, administration and district council were presented. Special attention was drawn to cooperation and the way it is organized in the district among subjects involved in prevention and elimination of results of the crisis situations.
