Abstract
In the article presents the course development and implementation of the new system operating at hardening furnace for a car windows where the main objective was to increase the intensity and productivityon the position. Achieving asatisfactory final effect, required carry out a thorough analysis of the production process along with the technological processes used, thus it has been determined which one of them had to be changed in order to increase production efficiency.As the output parameters for the modernization uses the results of obtained from the analysis FMEA.
