Wywiad- podstawowym narzędziem w diagnostyce bólu kręgosłupa i stawów
Journal Title: Rehabilitacja w Praktyce - Year 2017, Vol 1, Issue 5
Abstract
A well-taken medical history is a very useful and underestimated diagnostic instrument. In times of modernity and expensive diagnostics we do not realize how much we lose by not using the knowledge contained in medical history. Numerous examinations are done unnecessarily and unreasonably which is connected with huge financial expenditures. Other examinations, such as palpation, are not diagnostically relevant and are a source of controversy in the scientific community. Systemised knowledge on the essence of medical history in the diagnostics of spinal and joint pain aims to obtain necessary information at a subsequent stage of diagnostics.
