Abstract
The paper is devoted to the beginning of studies of history of Transcarpathia from archeological point of view, ethnocultural contacts of ancient communities. Studies of professional and amateur archeologists have shown that all archeological periods were characterized by antiquities with elements of Southern, Western and Northern influence.
