БІЖЕНЦІ, ВНУТРІШНЬО-ПЕРЕМІЩЕНІ ОСОБИ ТА НЕЛЕГАЛЬНІ МІГРАНТИ НА АМЕРИКАНСЬКОМУ КОНТИНЕНТІ (2001 – 2016)

Abstract
The paper deals with the problems of refugees, internally displaced persons, and illegal migrants in the African continent. At the beginning of the article, information is provided on the state of poverty and poverty of the majority of the present African continent. The authors of the publication consider the main cause of these negative phenomena to be numerous wars and conflicts, ethnic and tribal conflicts, the dictatorial regimes of terror in many countries of the continent. The negative factor, among other things, is the prolonged civil wars in continental countries. So, the civil war in Angola lasted 21 years, in Mozambique 17 years, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire), 14 years, etc. Ethnic conflicts on the African continent are also characterized by their long-term sustainability. For example, the ethnic conflict in Sudan between the Arab-Muslim North and the Negro-Christian South, which took the form of a civil war, lasted for 22 years. These conflicts have the consequence not only of the huge number of victims, the majority of whom are peaceful residents, but also generate more refugees and internally displaced persons. It is worth saying that the number of internally displaced people in the designated states of the warehouse: Mozambique-2 million ., Sudan-4.5 million, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo-2.665 million people, etc. These reasons form huge flows of refugees, which are sent to more or less stable countries. In Africa, it is Tanzania, South Africa and Kenya. Detention of refugees is a huge burden on the economy of these countries and causes a sharp internal political tension, and therefore the governments of these countries are trying to deport refugees home. The European route is quite popular for refugees from the African continent, which is described in detail in the proposed publication.
