Abstract
The text predominantly pays attention to hieromonk Spiridon (Gabrovski) and his manuscript ‘A Short History of the Slavic Bulgarian People. Composed and written in 1792 from hieromonk Spiridon’. The article also outlines Spiridon’s close relationship with Ilinian’s skyth founder of Pantokrator monastery Reverent Paisij Velichovski. To achieve dipper context we mention some of the Athos monks, who lived during the analyzed period.
