ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ТА ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДОСТУПНОСТІ ПРОДОВОЛЬСТВА ЧЕРЕЗ КОРОТКІ ЛАНЦЮГИ ПОСТАЧАННЯ

Abstract
У роботі обґрунтовано науково-теоретичний підхід до формування продовольчої системи на місцевому рівні. Встановлено, що такий підхід забезпечує фізичну та економічну доступність продовольства. Зокрема, короткі ланцюги постачання вирішують низку проблем із ціною та якістю продукції через скорочення логістики їх доставки. Визначено елементи продовольчої системи на місцевому рівні. Для кожного елементу обґрунтовано способи поліпшення харчування та стратегічні інструменти їх досягнення.
