Abstract
Irtyshcheva I.O., Zavgorodniy К.V. Regularities of development of modern regional logistics-outsourcing systems. In today's highly competitive economic environment, the desire of business to concentrate on the main types of activity causes the need for logistics outsourcing. The rationality of the formation of regional logistic-outsourcing systems is confirmed by the fact that they will contribute to raising the level of investment attractiveness of the region and the innovative development of business processes. It is suggested to investigate the level of attractiveness of development of the logistic-outsourcing system of the region through an integrated assessment of its following components: infrastructure-logistic, socio-economic, transport, geographic. Calculation of the integral indicator of the assessment of the level of attractiveness of the development of the logistics-outsourcing system of the regions of the country is carried out on the basis of summation of the rank values of each of the above list of the synthetic component. Individual components play an equal role in assessing the attractiveness of the development of the logistics-outsourcing system in the region. According to the final integral indicator, the place (rating) of each region is determined from the point of view of the potential of the region's logistics-outsourcing system in the overall composition of the country's regions. Based on the calculations performed on the level of development of the infrastructure and logistics component, according to the methodology for assessing the logistics-outsourcing system in the region, the first three positions in the ranking of regions belong to Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov and Donetsk regions. At the last place in terms of the infrastructure and logistics component is the Volyn region. Calculation of socio-economic component, according to the methodology of assessing the logistics-outsourcing system of the region, the first three positions in the rating of regions are occupied by Lviv, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In the last place in the socio-economic component in assessing the logistics-outsourcing system is the Rivne region. According to the method of assessing the logistics-outsourcing system of the region, the first three positions in the rating of the regions are occupied by the Odessa, Kiev and Lviv regions. The Luhansk region is the last in terms of transport component in the assessment of the logistics-outsourcing system. According to the geographical component according to the method of assessing the logistics-outsourcing system of the region, the first three positions in the rating of the regions are occupied by Chernihiv, Odesa and Lugansk regions. At the last place in the geographical component in the assessment of the logistics-outsourcing system is Cherkassy region. Calculation of the integral indicator of the assessment of the development level of the logistic-outsourcing system of the regions of the country is carried out on the basis of summation of the rank values of each of the above list of the synthetic component. Thus, according to the level of attractiveness of development of the logistic-outsourcing system, the Dnipropetrovsk region was the first to be found. The second place was taken by Kharkiv, and in third place - Lviv region. In the last place of the rating of the attractiveness of development of the logistic-outsourcing system was the Chernivtsi region. Dnepropetrovsk region is one of the most populated regions of Ukraine with a very high population density and a high level of urbanization. Such special characteristics of the region give it additional reasons to consider it, for today, the most favorable region of Ukraine for the development of the logistics-outsourcing system.
