ZARZĄDZANIE RÓŻNORODNOŚCIĄ ZASOBÓW LUDZKICH W PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWIE HUTNICZYM

Abstract
W artykule zwrócono uwagę na cechy różnicujące pracowników w przedsiębiorstwie hutniczym. Za studium przypadku posłużyło przedsiębiorstwo hutnicze ArcelorMittal Poland. Analizie poddano zmiany w strukturze zasobów kadrowych oraz działania w zakresie różnorodności. Na podstawie studium przypadku wypracowano metodologię zarządzania różnorodnością kadry hutniczej.
