Zarządzanie w regionie w kontekście instytucjonalizacji w samorządzie terytorialnym

Abstract
There are various agents who meet in the regional intra-organisational space, and their interactions are determined by their business models, the policy of the central government politics and decisions of the local government. The activity of the local government should support the development of both the long run and the short run relationships between the most important regional agents. The core of the local government management should consist of three modules: next to an operational segment, there should be also a strategic management module and an innovation module. This article discusses selected aspects of the functioning of the local government in the Lubuskie province, and in particular the process of creating and implementing the most important strategic documents. We propose introducing two institutional segments to the system of planning in the region: the Regional Centre PPP and the Regional Centre of Project Management.
