Zasady dotyczące dokumentowania świadczeń zdrowotnych

Abstract
Dokumentacja medyczna jest niezbędna w świadczeniu kompleksowej opieki nad pacjentem. Stanowi nieodzowny element komunikacji w zespole terapeutycznym. Jest też formą kontroli procesu udzielania świadczenia zdrowotnego oraz poszczególnych czynności medycznych w jego zakresie służącej monitorowaniu jakości świadczonych usług i ich poprawie. Ma też szczególne znaczenie jako materiał dowodowy w ocenie prawidłowości podjętych czynności diagnostyczno-leczniczych w stosunku do pacjenta w procesach o błąd medyczny. Celem pracy było przedstawienie podstawowych zasad dotyczących dokumentowania świadczeń zdrowotnych.
