Abstract
This gloss comments a judgment of the Appeal Court which has concluded that a certificate granted by the province committee adjudicating on medical events, regarding facts related to the execution of its judgment, is not a writ of execution that needs an execution clause to be enforceable, but is an enforceable title enabling the granted person to start an execution without an execution clause. The author agrees with this thesis and supplements it with deliberations on legal text reference made in the commented provision, which leads him to the conclusion that the reference allows the committee only to grant an enforceable title. In his opinion, further procedure is a court competition.
