Znaczenie modelu płynności funkcjonalnej Susannah Temple (FF – functional fluency) dla edukacyjnej analizy transakcyjnej

Abstract
Artykuł omawia zabiegi Servaasa van Beekuma służące graficznemu rozdzieleniu modelu strukturalnego od funkcjonalnego i ewolucję tego podejścia. W tekście przedstawiono kształtowanie się koncepcji płynnej funkcjonalności Susannah Temple (FF) oraz psychometryczne narzędzie pomiaru noszące nazwę Indeksu Płynności Funkcjonalnej Temple (TIFF). Podkreślono znaczenie tego ujęcia dla pracy nauczycieli i wychowawców oraz podnoszenia ich samoświadomości w zakresie rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego, a także perspektyw edukacyjnej analizy transakcyjnej.
