ZNACZENIE POZYTYWNYCH RELACJI INTERPERSONALNYCH PRACOWNIKÓW DLA ROZWOJU PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWA

Abstract
The article is aimed to present the substance of employees interpersonal relationships and their associations with a company development. Presentation and discussion is based on a research project results which has been conducted by the research team including the article author. Analysis of the collected data, particularly Pearson’s correlation coefficient, indicate statistically significant relations between elements of interpersonal relationships and company development indicators. The article present the most significant relations.
