Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of life assessment of teachers in descriptive evaluation. The research method is qualitative. The statistical population is the primary teachers who work in education office (Ardebil district1). The method of selecting participants is targeted. Ten teachers qualified in qualitative-descriptive teaching were studied in the present study. Deep semi-structured interviews were used to collect information. The results show that by implementing a descriptive evaluation project, students became more active and interested in the lesson. The need to re-interpret items is a problem that teachers are involved with, and this is related to the parents' lack of awareness and familiarity with such a method. Also, the time-consuming of the process of descriptive evaluation is a problem that all teachers acknowledge. The problem of reinforcing student motivation is another challenge faced by teachers. Particularly the elimination of the score and the making difference between more hard-working and less hard-working students is difficult in terms of qualified items. However, improving students' mental and psychological well-being in the form of reducing stress and anxiety and strengthening their social skills in the lives of teachers has been represented.

Abstract

Knowledge management has created the new era of dramatic changes in managerial discourse. Given that knowledge management does not suffice to know the code and documented alone, many organizations around the world rely on their implicit knowledge and enhance their competitive position in seeking to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. In knowledge management, acquiring and application processes of knowledge are in order to achieve individual and organizational goals. Knowledge management is based on three pillars: people, processes and technology. Between these three factors, technology has created great changes in knowledge management system in the last two decades. Due to the increasing use of information technology in organizations, knowledge management and its use is increasing. Technologies, such as local area networks (LAN), Intranet, Internet, email, databases, and organizations, all have played an important role in knowledge management. On the other hand, capabilities such as more accessible, offering advanced applications and the decreasing cost of computer equipment increased the role of information technology support for knowledge management and it leads to significant improvements in behavior intelligence and knowledge-based organizations and individuals. Further analysis on the emerging technologies such as Internet-based systems, facilitate the distribution of knowledge and knowledge management, But this attitude is that these technologies are indeed anti-knowledge and knowledge management and information may not only lead to the accumulation of knowledge, So knowledge management facing challenges vague and non-systematic. Given that a few studies Has been in the field of knowledge management in university, In this research we focus on selecting the most appropriate technology for knowledge management in university and with Offering a perspective on knowledge and manage it, investigating the role of information technology in knowledge management and evaluating appropriate technology and knowledge management. Also the fuzzy analysis hierarchy (FAHP) model is designed to selecting the most appropriate technology for knowledge management in university. @A.I.A Journals

Abstract

The proposed research paper offers theoretical information, practical ideas and survey strategies related to the effective survey of teachers and students. The study will analyze ways to support teachers and students so as to improve academic performance and quality of education. In addition it will involve the development of research into the critical abilities of students through the correct formulation of questions. Well-thought-out questions generate new ideas, lead to discussion and help in the comprehensive study of topics. Poorly formulated questions complicate learning, confuse students and limit their creative thinking. (e. g. Dillon, 1988; Graesser and Person, 1994). Based on the study, it was found that many teachers often use simple questions based on specific knowledge answers, rather than complex questions that lead to deep understanding of students and solving various problems that involve analysis and evaluation of concepts. (e.g. Cuccio-Scirripa and Steiner, 2000). In this regard, the proposed research work includes theoretical and practical content that enhances the ability to correctly formulate questions by teachers.
