Abstract
(The photographic archive of Minerva Cultural Association, Cluj) In 2010 was found the photographic archive of newspapers Igazság and Făclia, in Cluj-Napoca, after the dissolution of the Făclia photo lab. The negatives, covering the decades of 1960-1990 proved to be invaluable documents of everyday life in Cluj and the region. Minerva Cultural Association took over the approximately 30 thousand negatives, archived them, but also digitized them, making accessible on the institution’s website: http://www.photoarchive.minerva.org.ro/Ro . A small part of the pictures was published in the aforementioned newspapers, but the most have not been widely publicized.
