A research on satisfaction survey of public services with regard to Aliaga city’s people<p>Aliağa kent halkının kamusal hizmetler memnuniyet araştırması

Abstract
Public services in urban areas is carried out by a very large proportion of the municipalities.Municipalities are semi-autonomous local administrations. It is possible to say that of citizens living in the city where they seek solutions to their problems in solid state are municiaplities. From this perspectives, public services must be of a nature to solve the problems of citizens. For that reason, it is needed to be in service producing efforts all municipal employees. If services are realized in line with the expectations of the public in the next election as mayor of positive feedback, and can be candidate and also elected again.This study commissioned by Aliaga Municipality. Asking people of the city; about the life of city, municipal services and sets out the level of satisfaction regarding the projects to life, including the results of a field survey in 1785 revealed that subjects the views of proportional population in 11 districts. ÖzetKentlerde kamusal hizmetler çok büyük oranda belediyeler tarafından yapılmaktadır.Belediyeler; yarı özerk, yerel yönetimlerdir. Kent halkının devlet katında en çok iç içe olduğu ve sorunlarına çözüm aradığı kurumların belediyeler olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Belediye hizmetlerinin kent halkının sorunlarını çözer nitelikte olması gerekir. Bunun için bütün belediye çalışanlarının hizmet üretme gayreti içerisinde olması gerekir. Eğer hizmetler halkın beklentisi doğrultusunda gerçeklenmiş ise bir sonraki seçimde olumlu bir dönüt olarak belediye başkanı, yeniden aday olabilmekte ve seçilebilmektedir.Bu çalışma Aliağa Belediyesi tarafından yaptırılan ve kent halkının; kent hakkında, belediye hizmetleri ve hayata geçirilen projelerle ilgili memnuniyet düzeyini ortaya koyan, 11 mahallede nüfusla orantılı 1785 deneğin görüşlerini ortaya koyan bir alan araştırmasının sonuçlarını içermektedir.
