A study of the cosmetics adoption elements in consumers in Shiraz

Abstract

This study is conducted with the aim of exploring cosmetics adoption elements in Iranian women. The population of the study consists of all women over 15 years old that can read and write and somehow use cosmetic services and cosmetics. Fulfilling customer satisfaction in production and service sectors is an important factor in success in business. And this study explores cosmetics adoption elements for consumers in Shiraz. This study also considered import companies in Shiraz and the data collection method was of field type using questionnaire as data collection tool.
