Abstract
Despite the similarity pronounced between legal acts by which the beneficiaries acquire certain advantages free of char- ge (reduces heritage donor not oblige the consideration) they do not fall within the contract of donation, and some acts of gratification (tip, gift, trifling gifts, rebates and discounts, etc.) generally do not fall into the legal field of the donation.
