Abstract
Article by is devoted to the research of the scientific work on the problem of legal regulation of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy measures and safeguards both in national, so as in international literature. The author in vesting at that this topic requires a comprehensive study on the disclosure of mechanisms for legal regulation of trade remedies in the EU, as well as prospects for improving the legal regulation of trade remedies in Ukraine.
