ACMEOLOGICAL TECNOLOGY IN PREPARING FUTURE TEACHERS FOR COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES

Abstract
This article analyzes content characteristics of the concepts of acmeological technology, "communicative competence", acmeological training. Based on the analysis of Scientific Foundation, the author made the conclusion that the acmeological training as one of methods of acmeological technology occupies a significant place in preparation of the future teacher to communicative activities. The basis of the training is communication what is based on collaboration between partners on the principles of humanism and mutual respect. The author focuses on the dominant position of communication. Communicative activities are essential in the implementation of the teachers' functions. Acmeological technologies are aimed at formation of students ' communicative competence what is an important active learning method in improving the professionalism of future teachers.
