ACQUISITION OF LEGAL STATUS OF ENTERPRISES WITH FOREIGN INVESTMENTS

Abstract
The article deals with the questions of acquisition of legal status of enterprises with foreign investments. A number of defects have been indicated on the basis of practice analysis of subjects of enforcement regarding the issues related to the recognition of certain economic organizations as the enterprises with foreign investments. Thereby an expediency of clarification of alterations into the basis and the moment of acquisition of such status is grounded
