Activity of Ovidiopolskaya municipal Council in industry of municipal economy, trade and industry (ХІХ century – 1917)

Abstract
The article told about activity of Ovidiopol Council in industry of municipal economy, trade and industry in ХІХ century – 1917, realization of tenders, collaboration with different organizations, about development of city, a budget is driven societies to 1868-1910, his distribution in different years, layout of state tax from the real estate of city in 1894, 1895, 1898, 1899, 1904$ increase of population, in details it is given item of expenses and incomes in 1868, 1971, 1895. It is marked that in 1875 in Ovidiopol, actually, there were not establishments of industry. Establishments over, establishments, enterprises, are brought, amount of lands in 1896-1917 and list of the representatives 1894-1898, composition of justice in 1901, at the head with a municipal chairman, but a list of trade establishments and industrial enterprises is in 1899-1917. Ovidiopol citizens grumbled about that elections in municipal thought pass into the situation of intimidation and subornation and manage nine families that rich men support and dealers all businesses. On the eve of First World War in Ovidiopol, as well as before, considerable industrial enterprises were not.
